Instructions
You can add herbs to 8-10 cups of soup stock of your choice (vegetable, chicken, or beef). Or you can simply add the herbs to 8 cups of water. Bring it to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes. If you’re pregnant, consult your healthcare practitioner before consuming herbs.
